Path to Metis: Dr. Ndungu is a Compassionate and self-driven monitoring, evaluation, learning and research specialist with more than eleven years career experience designing and evaluating programs in education and other sectors. He has a keen focus on areas of transformative performance management practices that can revolutionize projects implementation, research and evaluation processes. Prior to joining the University of Nairobi Dr. Ndungu served in various capacities as projects officer, monitoring and evaluation officer as well as projects coordinator at the National Organization of Peer educators (NOPE). In this roles He was involved in designing, monitoring and evaluating various community development projects targeting to empower communities through different populations especially the youths.
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Project Planning & Management from The University of Nairobi (U.o.N), Master of Arts Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi with a specialization in monitoring and evaluation and a Bsc. Computer Technology Degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).
