Path to Metis: Samuel is a young refugee advocate and educator. Founding a refugee led organization with the vision of ending dependence through education is the charming action in his life.
He enjoys working with young learners. Apart from working as incentive group facilitator for INGOs in the refugee camp, he had the privilege to advocate for refugee education at the global level. He has served as the Director at KALOBEYEI INITIATIVE FOR BETTER LIFE in Turkana West County and reseach assistant at Refugee Led Research Hub and Open Society Foundation Hub.
Samuel believes that all refugees can and should have access to options for high-quality education. An education that leaves none behind, and one that prepares learners at all levels for lifelong learning.
His dream is to provide high-quality, world-class learning institutions for refugees and surrounded host community members.
