Hi, I’m Muthoni!

I am passionate about aligning organizational structures with vision, I currently serve as the  Acting Executive Director at Metis Collective. I have experience spanning start-ups to established organizations, I specialize in strategy and execution, collaborating closely with leaders to drive impactful solutions within their communities. I firmly believe in empowering those closest to the problems to enact meaningful change.

My core values of joy and growth drive my approach to challenges. I embrace curiosity and a hunger for learning, which have proven instrumental in navigating complex operational environments. As a CPA with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Diploma in Human Resource Management, I bring a robust foundation in strategy, finance, and HR practices to my work.

During my free time, I enjoy playing with kids.
